This is the story of a highly sensitive person who decided to become an architect…and a furniture maker…and a Reiki practitioner.

To be honest, I was never sure how these three things would come together (ok maybe the architect and furniture designer things, but the Reiki?), but I knew each of them was serving a purpose in my life. I was ten years old when my mom brought me to my first Reiki treatment. She is a nurse, and became a practitioner as part of a program at the hospital where she worked. I continued to experience the healing power of Reiki into adulthood while I became an architect, a furniture maker, an entrepreneur, and finally: a Reiki Practitioner.

While on this seemingly circuitous path, I started two businesses on the side of a full time architecture job. Each of these provided an outlet for creativity, but were lacking the full expression of what I have to offer.

Home Healing is a vocation where I can offer all of my gifts in a way that feels expansive and not extractive. I am so happy I found it and so honored to be able to share it with you!
